Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you received your product and it was:
- Damaged in transit
- Lost in transit*
- The wrong order
You are entitled to store credit to the value of your order or a replacement sent out at no further cost. Please email the images of the product and a description of the situation to our customer support email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our expected delivery times noted on each product page are estimates only. A refund or store credit will only be provided if you did not receive your item within 60 days from the date of purchase. If your items have not arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact Customer Service with your order number.
Refunds will not be granted for items that arrived and did not meet your expectations, are too big or small or the color is slightly different. Please review package contents and specifications for each product description.
*Excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries. You will not be entitled to a refund in this instance.
